We at Su-dan herein commit ourselves to quality as our number one operating objective in all disciplines. We are committed to achieving excellence, company wide, through training, teamwork and open communication.

Our operating philosophy of complying with the requirements of the ISO/TS 16949 quality system standard will assist us in meeting our corporate objectives of ZERO DEFECTS and TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, as we monitor and continually improve the effectiveness of our total quality system.

We are dedicated to a business philosophy of management that includes the extensive application of statistical techniques and team effort that will promote continuous improvement as our most profitable product.

We as individuals and members of the Su-dan team, will allocate whatever resources are necessary to fulfill both short and long-range quality requirements of our corporation and customers.

Supply Chain Management
Our suppliers are an integral and a critical component of the value Su-Dan delivers to our customers. To insure we are delivering the highest possible value, we use a formal process for selecting and managing our North American and International supply partners. We are committed to working with our suppliers to provide our customers with the best solutions to meet their manufacturing needs through partnered analysis of product materials and components.

Advanced Quality Planning
The Su-Dan Corporation has a commitment to Zero Defects. Through the use of rigorous team oriented Advance Quality Planning, a full understanding of customer requirements is obtained. Using these requirements, error proofing methods are developed and applied to assure consistency and conformance at each manufacturing step. From the manufacturing floor operations, through the shipping department, error-proofing systems evaluate the product for dimensional and mechanical properties, as well as completion of all required manufacturing steps and product identification assuring you a defect free delivery.
