Flawless Program Management
By utilizing Cross Functional Teams, Su-Dan provides a seamless extension to our customers engineering and program management teams. We utilize a sophisticated APQP process that allows us to complete tasks quickly, efficiently, and in compliance with our customers timing and design specifications and criteria. This process assures our customers (internal and external) that all aspects of their requirements will be met, on time and within budget.

Advanced Engineering/Research & Development
The goal of Su-Dan Advanced Engineering/Research & Development group is to “meet the challenges of tomorrow by setting the standards today.” Advanced Engineering/R&D will lead in the development of new and/or improved products, processes and technologies. Advanced Engineering focuses on specialty products, proprietary processes and niche markets utilizing our core competencies and capabilities. Benchmarking, Research and Development, and VA/VE activities all guide in the development of ideas to increase the value of our customers products and processes.
